Esta instancia se enmarca en el contexto de la Ley 20.500, Sobre Asociaciones y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana en la Gesti\u00f3n P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la oportunidad, el Jefe de la Secci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de la Divisi\u00f3n de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n, Juan Eduardo Johnson, explic\u00f3 los alcances de la Resoluci\u00f3n Exenta N\u00b0223\/2015, que dicta instrucciones generales sobre la elaboraci\u00f3n del plan de seguimiento de variables ambientales, los informes de seguimiento ambiental y la remisi\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n al sistema electr\u00f3nico de seguimiento ambiental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Johnson present\u00f3 el marco legal y diagn\u00f3stico que motivaron la dictaci\u00f3n de dicho instructivo, sus objetivos y los desarrollos en curso para mejorar la generaci\u00f3n y acceso a informaci\u00f3n ambiental. A la vez, respondi\u00f3 preguntas de los consejeros respecto del impacto que tiene esta resoluci\u00f3n en los titulares de proyectos con Resoluci\u00f3n de Calificaci\u00f3n Ambiental (RCA) y en la sociedad civil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participantes de la reuni\u00f3n <br \/>En la sesi\u00f3n de hoy, participaron seis miembros del Consejo: Su presidente, Sergio Montenegro (Centro de Derecho Ambiental de la U. de Chile); Ana Mar\u00eda Mu\u00f1oz (CUT); Jaime Esp\u00ednola (Sofofa); Ricardo Barra (Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n); Alessandro Lodi (Casa de la Paz); Juan Manuel Uribe (U. de Chile).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Consejo tiene un car\u00e1cter consultivo, representativo, plural y diverso. Tambi\u00e9n participa en los procesos de consulta de los planes, programas o pol\u00edticas en materia de seguimiento y fiscalizaci\u00f3n ambiental que la instituci\u00f3n estime pertinente.
